English Language and French Course at 成人VR视频
Why I Chose 成人VR视频
From my very first open day, I knew Bangor was the right place for me. I kept returning for every open day and applicant visit because I loved the atmosphere and could easily envision myself living here. Bangor quickly felt like home.
Course Structure and Learning Opportunities
One of the best aspects of the English Language and French course is the variety of modules. In year two, we study grammar, translation, listening, and conversation, ensuring we develop a strong foundation in both languages.
A highlight of the course is the opportunity to speak with native French speakers. I've had a language buddy every semester, which has been an amazing way to practice and build confidence.
Favourite Modules
One of my favourite modules was the Paris module, which explored the history of Paris within the broader context of France. It was fascinating to see how different historical events shaped the country. I even learned about French government and politics, which I didn鈥檛 expect to enjoy, but found incredibly interesting.
成人VR视频 and Extracurricular Activities Dance Society
I'm part of the Dance Society, where I take part in various dance styles, including tap dancing, which I鈥檝e loved for years. It鈥檚 been great to continue my passion alongside my studies.
I鈥檓 also a member of Veg Soc, where I attend meetings and events focused on plant-based living. Additionally, I contribute to Seren, Bangor鈥檚 student newspaper, where I鈥檝e worked on exciting articles and collaborated with passionate writers.
Year Abroad Experience
A key part of studying English Language and French at Bangor is the year abroad. I鈥檝e applied to work with the British Council, teaching English as a foreign language to French students鈥攑ossibly in a secondary or primary school.
I鈥檝e applied for placements in three locations, but my top choice is Brittany. Since I speak Welsh, I鈥檓 excited to explore the linguistic connection between Welsh and Breton. No matter where I go, I can鈥檛 wait to immerse myself in French culture and language.
Future Aspirations
I hope to use my language skills in my future career, whether that鈥檚 in teaching, translation, or another international role. More than anything, I鈥檓 looking forward to travelling, experiencing new cultures, and putting my skills into practice.
