Before A-level results day:
- Monday–Thursday: 8.30am–6pm
- Friday: 8.30am–5pm
From A-level results day:
- Thursday, 13 August: 8am–7pm
- Friday, 14 August: 8am–7pm
- Saturday, 15 August: 10am–3pm
- Monday, 17 August - Friday 21 August: 9am–6pm
- Until Friday, 28 August: 9am–5pm (weekdays)

Clearing Helpline FAQs
- Who do not currently hold a university offer (e.g. didn't apply for university or did not meet the requirements of your Firm or Insurance choice).
- Who have changed their mind about their original offer from another university and wish to explore alternative courses through Clearing.
- Who originally applied to Bangor and would like confirmation of your place.
When you phone, you'll go directly to a member of ³ÉÈËVRÊÓÆµ staff who can discuss your Clearing options and, depending on your qualifications, can make you a Clearing offer to study at ³ÉÈËVRÊÓÆµ. Should you wish, staff can put you in contact with the relevant academic member of staff who can answer any questions you may have about the course before you decide to accept the offer.
