What if you have concerns about an agent?
We take your concerns seriously. If you believe one of our agents has provided incorrect information, pressured you into making a decision, or behaved unprofessionally, please let us know as soon as possible. We are committed to reviewing your feedback and addressing any issues promptly.
Common issues to report:
- An agent providing false or misleading information about tuition fees, scholarships, or visa processing times.
- Feeling pressured by an agent to make a decision without being given enough time to consider your options.
- Being charged unexpected, undisclosed, or unnecessary fees by an agent.
- An agent failing to communicate effectively, respond to your questions, or provide the support you need.
How do I complain about my agent?
You can complain about your agent by emailing: international@bangor.ac.uk
Please be sure to include within your email:
- Your full name
- You applicant ID number beginning 500
- Your agents name and if appropriate, the names of the counsellors you have dealt with
- A full account, preferably with dates, as to the nature of the complaint
These will not be shared with the agent.
