What would you do if you had the chance to tackle one of the world鈥檚 biggest problems?
During Welcome Week, Philosophy, Ethics and Religion and Politics students will come together to form a think tank and take on a major real-world challenge. You will work with other students and staff to question the problem, test ideas, argue your case and come up with possible solutions.
It is a chance to see what your subject can actually do. How can philosophy help us think differently? What can ethics tell us about the choices we make? How can politics turn ideas into action?
Bring your ideas, challenge other people鈥檚 thinking and see what happens when different perspectives come together to take on a problem that really matters.
