Bangor Fund projects made possible by Alumni Giving

The Development and Alumni Relations Office has awarded grants to 15 student- focused projects and initiatives for the 2025–26 academic year from the Bangor Fund. These initiatives aim to add value to the student experience, reflecting creativity, ambition, and collaboration across the University.

The Bangor Fund is made up from alumni donations raised through the bi-annual Telethon campaign. Its primary purpose is to support the University to provide an element of additionality to the student experience. This year, the Bangor Fund Allocation Committee reviewed more than 20 applications before selecting projects that align with the strategic priorities..

Thanks to the generosity of our alumni community, the Bangor Fund continues to enrich the student experience in transformative and lasting ways. Your support makes it possible for students to unlock their full potential, collaborate with confidence, and lead with purpose. We're delighted to see these projects come to life, and we hope you feel inspired knowing that your generosity is at the heart of it all.
